A sanctuary for your inner world

Guided meditation & gentle intuitive movement
Reflective writing & process-centered art with water soluble materials
…you’ll be guided to unwind, reconnect, and let the old shape dissolve. Create space within and invite in transformation. 🦋

All art materials and supplies provided. Do bring your own yoga mat and comfort accessories (ie: pillow, blanket) and wear comfy, layered clothing.
