Step into a sacred space of rest, resonance, and reflection. This special sound bath series invites you to align with the energy of the full moon and the four elements—Air, Earth, Fire, and Water—through a multisensory journey led by two experienced facilitators.

Each session includes gentle movement, breathwork, a co-facilitated immersive soundscape, and space for creative reflection. Participants will engage with a living crystal grid, offering personal symbols or objects to build a collective altar of intention and transformation.

Whether you’re seeking restoration, clarity, inspiration, or connection, these sessions offer a nurturing container for tuning into your inner world and honoring the wisdom of the season.

  • Participants lie down while the sound practitioner plays various instruments. You simply relax and let the sounds guide you into a meditative or deeply relaxed state.

  • Mats are provided along with some light scarves. You may want to bring your own, blanket, pillow, or eye mask for added comfort.

  • Sound baths are generally safe, but if you’re pregnant, have sound sensitivity, or a medical device like a pacemaker, it’s best to inform & consult your practitioner beforehand.

  • Sound baths can help to reduce stress, promote relaxation, improve focus, enhance sleep, and provide an overall sense of well-being.

  • No experience is necessary! Sound baths are accessible to everyone, whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner.
