Hi there- My name is Sarah and I am all in for self & collective transformation through process centered arts.  I'm a multidisciplinary artist,  alchemist and changemaker  who is also mama to three creative human beings who are my biggest artistic works in progress.

I work intuitively which basically means I follow the energy that color, line and movement initiates.  I am inspired by nature, sound and energy.   The connection of sound is reflected in my current body of work in which I am exploring the influence of classical music on my intuitive painting & mixed media art process. 

Throughout my life, I've been deeply devoted to the arts and creative expression, finding solace and freedom in the act of creation. For me, art is both a creative and spiritual practice, offering authentic expression and a profound connection to others through its energetic exchange.
